Investment Management company Winton Capital’s founder had long held a desire to publish a history of the volatility of the financial markets. We were commissioned to work with Winton’s historian to create a lavishly illustrated book that documented financial panics from 1300 to the latest credit crunch of 2008.
Published as a limited edition of 1,000 books and intended for distribution to leaders in finance as well as Winton staff, production on the 350 page book took place over a staggeringly quick three months, which included sourcing over 300 images from libraries and organisations around the globe as well as from Winton’s own considerable archive. The book was delivered in its own bespoke presentation box, complete with Winton ribbon and tissue wrap.
